Purifas Free Trial FAQ

Each customer is limited to one 30-day free trial.

The 30-day free trial starts on the day you place your order.

If you decide you don’t want to continue with the free trial, you must let us know within the 30-day free trial period by sending an email to customerservice@purifas.com. This email should clearly state your decision not to continue with the free trial.

Every 30‑day free trial includes free delivery and a setup tailored to the option you selected.

Depending on your setup, your trial may include a combination of:

• Reusable items — products designed for ongoing use (e.g., Dream Topper, BodyShield Dispenser, reusable PillowGuard).
• Single‑use consumables — 100% recyclable items used once per client (e.g., FaceShield, BodyShield, PillowGuard).
• One‑time setup items — items applied once during setup and not returned (e.g., Sticky Strips).

You’ll see the exact list of items included in your setup at checkout.

Yes, it’s a requirement of the trial that you attach the Sticky Strips to the underside of your therapy bed. This ensures you get the full experience.

Please keep the packaging until your trial ends or you decide to keep the items, as it may be needed for returning reusable items.

Absolutely. Our single‑use materials are 100% recyclable, and by using them instead of towels you reduce laundry and lower your environmental footprint.

We place a temporary authorisation hold on your card at checkout. This is a standard security measure — similar to a hotel check‑in — to protect against sending out free items. The hold confirms the card is valid and allows us to charge you only if you decide to keep the items, don’t notify us within the 30‑day trial period that you wish to discontinue or don’t return the reusable items as agreed.

No, your credit card will not be charged during the 30-day free trial.

You will only be charged if you:

1. choose to continue after the free trial. Your credit card will be charged the amount you were shown at checkout for your selected setup.
2. choose to keep any of the reusable items from the free trial, in which case you will be charged the full retail price for those items. (Any single-use consumables are yours to keep at no cost.)
3. fail to notify Purifas within the 30-day trial period that you do not wish to continue with the free trial.
4. fail to cooperate with Purifas in returning the reusable items within 30 days of your discontinuation notice (including delivery times).
5. are unavailable at the agreed time for item collection, resulting in an unsuccessful collection. A $30.00 fee will be charged for each failed attempt.

If you love the free trial products (and we're confident you will), you get to keep and enjoy all the items you received.

We will work with you to ensure they get back to Purifas HQ in a timely manner.

No, you can continue using the Sticky Strips to secure any remaining BodyShields.

Simply repackage any reusable items you had in your setup, e.g., the Dream Topper or the BodyShield Dispenser or the reusable PillowGuard, and contact Purifas to arrange collection.

Purifas will arrange for a courier to collect these items and cover any costs associated with their return. Call us on 1300 251 915 or email customerservice@purifas.com.

Purifas will pay for the return of the reusable items.

However, if you’re unavailable at the agreed collection time, the pickup will be marked as unsuccessful and a $30.00 fee will apply for each failed attempt.
