Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund for your item(s), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., pillows and single-use items), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@purifas.com.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@purifas.com.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t yet received a refund, please recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
