Free Trial Inclusions
  • Delivery
  • 1 Dream Topper
  • 1 BodyShield Dispenser
  • 1 roll of BodyShield (one with and one without a face hole)
  • 1 pair of Sticky Strips*
  • 1 reusable PillowGuard
  • 1 box of recyclable PillowGuards

* The customer agrees to attach Purifas Sticky Strips to both ends of their therapy bed using the double-sided tape provided and following the attachment instructions supplied.

As this is a free trial our ‘confidence guarantee’ does not apply.

As this is a trial, the non-perishable items customers receive may not be in their original packaging. They may have been used in a previous trial. Be assured these items have been clean and disinfected prior to receiving them.

 

Free Trial Period
  • The customer is entitled to a 30-day free trial of the Therapy Bed Solution.
  • The trial period begins from the date of delivery.
  • The customer acknowledges that a Purifas customer representative will contact them during the free trial period to check on their experience. If the customer is unavailable at that time, the representative will leave a message. The customer agrees to promptly return Purifas’ call or email within three days.

 

Holding Fee
  • I understand that Purifas will place a holding fee of $617.00 on my credit card.

 

The Customer Does Not Want to Continue
  • Once Purifas has been notified that the customer would like to return the items, Purifas will put a hold on payment for 30 days.
  • Upon receipt of the items, the hold on payment will be released.

 

Product Return
  • If the customer decides not to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution, the non-perishable items must be returned to Purifas within or immediately after the 30-day trial period.
  • Non-perishable items include the Dream Topper, the BodyShield Dispenser and the reusable PillowGuard.

 

Notification Requirement
  • To avoid being charged, the customer must notify Purifas in writing (via email to customerservice@purifas.com) before the 30-day trial period expires.
  • The notification should clearly state the customer’s decision not to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.

 

Charges for Non-Compliance
  • If the customer fails to notify Purifas within the specified 30-day trial period that they no longer wish to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution, their credit card will be charged the full cost of the Therapy Bed Solution.
  • The charge amount is $617.00, which covers the cost of all products in the Therapy Bed Solution.

 

Return Process
  • The customer is responsible for contacting Purifas on 1300 251 915 or email customerservice@purifas.com to arrange for the return of the non-perishable items.
  • Purifas will provide instructions on the return process upon receiving the customer’s notification that they no longer wish to continue with the Therapy Bed Solution.
  • The customer agrees to assist and liaise with Purifas to ensure the non-perishable items are returned in an as-new condition and in a timely manner.
    • Purifas will pay any costs associated with the return of the non-perishable items.
  • The customer is responsible for repackaging the non-perishable items ready for their return.
  • The customer agrees to be available for the collection of the items.
  • In the event of an unsuccessful collection, owing to the customer being unavailable at the agreed time, the customer will be charged $30.00.

Should the good not be received within 60 days from commencing the trial, the total amount will be debited from the customers cc.
